As well as the original Victorian mansion (Hoyland House), Ifield Park consists of three main purpose-built buildings.
Ellwood Place and Penn Court provide a total of 52 residential care places, registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection. The rooms are all ground floor accommodation with an en-suite facility. Our residents do not share rooms; however, if wished, we are able to provide accommodation for couples, subject to the availability of suitable rooms.
Woodroffe Benton House was purpose built in 1996. It is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a Care Home with Nursing. We provide for 21 residents in single rooms, all with their own toilet facility.
This building is named after the Woodroffe Benton Trust who went into partnership with Ifield Park to build this nursing home.
Three levels of care are available, according to individual need: Residential Care, Extra Care and Nursing Care.
